Magnolia Grace Senior Care is seeking an experienced Community Marketing Specialist to help lead our continued growth throughout Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia.

This is not an entry-level position.

We are looking for a strategic marketing professional with a minimum of four years of proven marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, senior care, medical sales, or professional relationship development. We want someone who thinks beyond daily visits and understands how to build a long-term marketing strategy that produces measurable growth.

If you are creative, analytical, organized, and know how to build strong referral relationships while developing strategic marketing plans, we would like to meet you.

About Magnolia Grace Senior Care

Magnolia Grace Senior Care is a locally owned, veteran-founded in-home care company dedicated to providing exceptional care for seniors and veterans throughout Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia. Our reputation has been built on professionalism, compassion, consistency, and delivering the gold standard of in-home care.

As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a marketing professional who can help expand our presence while protecting and strengthening our brand.

Responsibilities

Develop annual, six-month, quarterly, and monthly marketing strategies that align with company growth goals.
Collaborate with company leadership and other marketing team members to create and execute comprehensive marketing plans.
Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physician offices, rehabilitation facilities, case managers, discharge planners, assisted living communities, senior living communities, hospices, and other healthcare professionals.
Represent Magnolia Grace Senior Care at networking events, community functions, health fairs, and professional meetings.
Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Track marketing activity, referral sources, return on investment, and growth metrics.
Prepare professional monthly reports with recommendations for continued growth.
Maintain consistent follow-up with referral partners and community contacts.
Help develop new marketing campaigns, community outreach initiatives, and brand awareness strategies.
Work closely with leadership to continuously improve marketing performance and market expansion.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of professional marketing experience required.
Healthcare, home care, hospice, medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or senior care marketing experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
Strong understanding of business development, relationship marketing, and community outreach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional appearance and presentation.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with leadership and fellow marketing professionals.
Ability to analyze marketing results and adjust strategies based on performance.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Compensation

$22.00 to $26.00 per hour, based on experience
Performance bonuses 3 times per year
Mileage reimbursement for approved business travel
