Job Summary

The Cash Management Banking Specialist will be responsible for providing cash management and new account opening support to the FRB team as directed. The Cash Management Banking Specialist’s primary role will be to assist with the onboarding and servicing of all FRB Cash Management clients.

Primary Responsibilities

Provide exceptional client service that aligns with First Resource Bank’s Client Experience
Service Standards Policy.
Provide administrative support to the Cash Management team.
Answer Cash Management client information requests (email, in person and phone), including, but not limited to product and service information, account balance inquiries, electronic banking and cash management product troubleshooting, wire transfers, stop payments, address changes, etc.
Perform required maintenance on commercial accounts during the onboarding process.
Provide ongoing account servicing and maintenance requests for all FRB cash management clients.
Provide technical support, customer service, and problem resolution as needed for cash management clients.
Complete cash management product agreements & paperwork for new & existing clients.
Complete client digital banking and cash management product set up for new & existing clients.
Participate in new commercial client meetings as needed.
Work with VP Cash Management Sales Officer relating to the onboarding of new clients.
Assist with the coordination of opening new commercial accounts.
Open new commercial accounts when needed.
Complete cost comparisons and proposals.
Complete cash management annual reviews.
Conduct client training and file testing (local travel may be required).
Assist with Merchant Services (new & changes).
Build client relationships by maintaining a thorough knowledge of bank products and services and providing appropriate recommendations to clients.
Complete all required compliance training and comply with all applicable regulations pertaining to the duties performed.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Competencies/Requirements

3-5 years of banking/financial services experience preferred
Excellent customer service, collaboration, team player, & problem-solving skills
Possess a sense of urgency to complete customer and internal requests
Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal relationship skills
Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
Strong expertise in bank products and services
Prior new account experience preferred
