Overview

Join our dynamic administrative team as an Admin - Scheduling - Collections - Customer Service professional! This vibrant role offers an exciting opportunity to streamline office operations, manage schedules, handle collections, and deliver exceptional customer support. You will be the vital link ensuring smooth daily functions, effective communication, and outstanding client service. Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate appointment scheduling and calendar management using Microsoft Office tools.
Handle incoming calls via multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Assist with office management duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining confidential information securely.
Support collections efforts by following up on overdue accounts and maintaining accurate records of transactions using bookkeeping software.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, supporting clients through various channels, and ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
Perform clerical tasks including proofreading documents, organizing files, and managing office supplies to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
assist when needed by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and supporting team members with administrative tasks.

Experience

Proven office management or administrative experience with a strong background in clerical duties and customer support.
Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience handling multi-line phone systems and providing professional phone communication.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Data entry proficiency along with excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Previous experience in bookkeeping or collections is a plus, along with familiarity in handling confidential information responsibly.
