Full Job Description

Bring your expertise in learning technology and digital content delivery to a role that helps shape engaging learning experiences for a dynamic enterprise environment. This position focuses on supporting an LMS and LXP, improving learning operations, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure learners and stakeholders have a smooth, reliable experience.

Responsibilities

Test and troubleshoot digital learning content to help ensure courses function properly across platforms.
Upload, configure, and maintain learning content in the LMS with accurate metadata and version control.
Build and manage curricula, learning paths, journeys, and channels that align with business and learning goals.
Create and maintain course assignments and assignment groups that support compliance and development programs.
Collaborate with learning consultants, instructional designers, facilitators, and program managers to support timely program delivery.
Provide guidance to end users and stakeholders on LMS and LXP tools, processes, and best practices.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance the learner experience.
Track cases, assignments, and supporting documentation accurately to help maintain data integrity and compliance.
Support audits and data requests with organized and timely documentation.

Skills

Experience supporting a learning management system (LMS) and/or learning experience platform (LXP).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate data entry and content management.
Ability to troubleshoot eLearning modules and digital learning content.
Comfort working with learning administration tasks such as course uploads, curricula, and assignments.
Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to follow procedures, controls, and workflow requirements consistently.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and maintaining supporting records and documentation.

Preferred Skills

Experience supporting digital learning operations in a large or complex organization.
Familiarity with learning content deployment, metadata management, and version tracking.
Exposure to process improvement, automation, or learner experience enhancements.
Experience partnering with instructional design or learning program teams.
Ability to identify issues and communicate potential solutions through the appropriate channels.
