Andrew's Lawn and Snow has been in business since 2019. We are the fastest growing company in Minnesota, and are now the largest residential snow removal company in the USA. Since we started here in Minneapolis in 2019, we have expanded into 8 states nationwide, and now have over 3000 customers that pay over $4000-$6000 each year for Lawn Care and Snow Removal services, and other add-on services. As we grow quickly, we need to hire more qualified operations coordinators to ensure the operations are ran smoothly and efficiently. **Job Overview:**

We are seeking an office Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong computer literacy skills. Experience in order entry and office management is a plus. Ability to work well in a high pressure environment is a must.

**Responsibilities:**

- Facilitating cross-channel feedback from customers and employees to management and executive teams

- Working with team leaders, managers and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals

- Ensuring that all activities conform to local, federal, industry and company standards

- Observing, reviewing and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made

- Identifying and resolving any problems in the production process

- Designing and maintaining clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations

- Delivering reports to department heads, management teams and boards of directors to provide insight into the overall efficiency of the organization

- Collaborating with management and executives to set departmental and organization-wide goals

- Manage and coordinate daily operational functions

- Handle order entry and processing

- Maintain organized files and documentation

- Assist with calendar management and scheduling

- Support office management tasks

- Provide administrative support to the team

-Help with high volume recruitment of entry level positions

**Requirements:**

- Proficient in both English & Spanish

- Comfortable in a high-pressure environment

- Must be able to work overnight at the office on snow days to coordinate operations during a snowfall event.

- Proven experience in office coordination or related field

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Proficient in computer applications and software

- Good time management, prioritization and multitasking abilities

- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues

- Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening

- Able to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism from a variety of channels

- Great strategic planning and problem-solving skills

- Methodical about analyzing processes and systems to fully understand their functions

- Proactive research skills used in seeking out opportunities to advance and improve the organization

- Collaboration and teamwork skills

- Leadership skills, like motivation, goal-setting and monitoring progress

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
