Full Job Description

Summary:

Humango Solutions is seeking a motivated, part-time Junior Help Desk Analyst to support day-to-day internal IT support activities.

This role is well suited for someone with an interest in technical support, troubleshooting, endpoint support, Microsoft 365, and customer service. The Junior Help Desk Analyst will assist with responding to internal support requests, troubleshooting common technical issues, documenting resolutions, supporting device and account-related activities, and helping improve Humango’s internal IT support processes.

Location:

St. Louis, MO Area
Hybrid, mainly remote with flexible hours
Part-time role, 10 hours per week
Some availability during normal business hours may be needed for team meetings, training, and operational support activities
HUBZone Requirement: Must reside in a Small Business Administration designated HUBZone and be able to provide proof of residence beginning at least 90 days prior to start date.

Qualifications:

Zero to three years of relevant experience in help desk support, technical support, desktop support, customer service, information technology, or a related technical field
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree, certification program, technical training program, or equivalent hands-on learning in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, common business software, networking, and troubleshooting concepts
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with technical and nontechnical users
Strong analytical, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Ability to document issues, actions taken, and technical processes clearly
Ability to follow defined procedures, recognize when an issue should be escalated, and work responsibly with internal systems and information
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Willingness to follow internal security, privacy, acceptable-use, and data-handling standards

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Windows, or common business applications
Experience troubleshooting common hardware, software, printer, account-access, MFA, or connectivity issues
Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, endpoint management, remote support tools, or ticketing systems
Experience creating technical documentation, user guides, troubleshooting instructions, or knowledge-base articles

Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitor and respond to assigned internal Help Desk requests under the guidance of Humango leadership
Gather information, document issues, and assist with troubleshooting common hardware, software, Microsoft 365, printer, device, account-access, MFA, and connectivity issues
Provide clear and professional updates to internal users and document actions taken and resolutions in support tickets
Escalate issues that require privileged access, advanced troubleshooting, security review, or leadership approval
Assist with maintaining knowledge-base articles, troubleshooting guides, support procedures, and user-facing technology documentation
Support internal asset inventory, device documentation, onboarding and offboarding checklists, and other routine IT support activities
Identify recurring support issues and assist with documenting recommended process or technology improvements
Participate in approved technical training, troubleshooting exercises, and controlled lab activities
Collaborate with security and operations teams to support reliable day-to-day technology operations
