Every client file is a puzzle. Somewhere in the credit reports, loan documents, and collection histories, there are errors and violations that most people walk right past. Your job is to find them, build the case, and get the result.
We can teach you the law and the tactics. What we cannot teach is the mindset of a person who cannot leave a problem alone until it is solved. If you get a real charge out of finding what everyone else missed, if you loved “Clue” as a kid and “escape rooms” as an adult, this will feel like a calling, not a job.
This is not a role where you run a checklist and clock out. The checklist is just the starting point. We need someone who understands why every step exists, because credit files rarely follow a clean pattern.

Here's Where You Come In
You will learn our operation from the ground up alongside us, growing quickly into the high-value judgment calls that drive the business.
- Master the workflow: Run daily operations using our CRM (DisputeFox), ClickUp, Airtable, and cutting-edge AI tools.
- Deploy consumer law strategy: Help us test and implement advanced consumer law tactics (FCRA, FDCPA, FCCPA, UCC) on real files.
- Build the playbook: Document our new and refined processes as you learn them to create the company's official operations manual.
- Own client outcomes: Manage daily phone, text, and email communication with empathy and absolute professionalism.
- Enforce the standard: Make sure no file drops, notes are flawless, and daily output is logged without exceptions.
- Own the analytics: Track our performance data, read the patterns behind our growth, and turn them into improvements.
- Improve the system: Raise the bar by driving fixes when a process can be done better, rather than just working inside the box.
This Role Grows as Fast as You Do
This is not a static role. As you prove you can run the operation cleanly, you will grow into owning “dispute round strategy”. You will help decide what tactic each file calls for and determine the next move before results even come back. This is the highest-value work in the company. Before the technology can be built, our new and refined processes have to become clean, documented systems, and you would lay that groundwork for something with the potential to change how this entire industry operates.

Write Your Own Paycheck
We are transparent about our numbers because we want people who back themselves. If you want a comfortable salary to coast on, this is not your role. If you want your income to reflect what you actually produce, keep reading.
- Base pay: $3,000 per month.
- Standard performance: around $4,500 per month, through bonuses and commissions.
- High performers: $6,000 to $7,000+ per month.
There is no ceiling here. What you earn is genuinely in your hands, and our philosophy mirrors how we treat clients. If we take care of you, you take care of us.
One thing to be clear about up front. This role starts as a contract position through a 90 day probation. When you successfully complete it, you move to a full-time W2 employee.
