This is a part time role (12-18 hr/wk hours a week) with the option of increasing hours when our store opens in October. Your main role will be talking to people at community events and converting them to founding members before we open.

So many people want to eat healthy, but lack the systems, support and guidance to get there. That's where WE come in. Project LeanNation offers healthy, balanced meal prep along with people to provide support and coaching.

Compensation is $17/hour with the ability to grow and advance FAST

Do you enjoy making videos and editing for social media?

The Key Lead will be trusted with our corporate social media handle
Tag and Collaborate with our community partners

Special Pre-Op Phase:

Mandatory online training (10–12 hours)

Initially, the role commences as a part-time community outreach position (approximately 12–18 hours/week) focusing on relationship building and market research. As we approach the store opening (approximately 12 weeks out), your workload will transition to full-time (24–30 hours/week), focusing on sales growth and team leadership. Hours will naturally increase as we get closer to opening, with full-time expected about 4 weeks out. They may go over the 12–18 hours before that depending on opportunity. We are targeting end of September 2026 for a soft opening.

Phase 1: Pre-Op & Pre-Sale Mastery (Weeks 20 until Soft Opening)

Brand Championship: Act as the ultimate advocate for Project Lean Nation, bringing the concept to new communities with high energy and authenticity.
Pre-Sale Execution: Drive the pre-sale process by converting leads into Founding Members to ensure a strong Day 1 member base.
Community Architect: Establish and nurture deep community relationships and local partnerships before the physical location is operational.
Strategic Growth: Manage the transition from a part-time outreach focus to a full-time operational leadership role as the Pre-Op phase culminates in a grand opening.

POST OPEN (September 2026) - Shape the Future with Us:

Operational

Open and close procedures.
Ownership of daily tasks and checklist completion (DMO).
Manage shake bar quality and flow.
Conduct inventory spot checks, retail restocking, and merchandising.
Execute community outreach initiatives.

Leadership

Lead shift huddles and facilitate team communication.
Coach new Educators and hold peers accountable for tone and tasks.
Identify and flag issues early to the General Manager.
Reinforce PLN culture and core values consistently.

Key Leadership Qualities and Mindset

See the store through a GM lens and lead by example.
Ask proactive questions like “What’s the plan to fix this?”
Make decisions aligned with PLN’s brand and values.
Step up under pressure and carry the culture forward.

Collaboration & Coaching

Participate in weekly 1:1 coaching sessions with the GM.
Celebrate wins; identify challenges and set future goals.
Take ownership of tasks with clarity and avoid being overwhelmed.
Engage in honest, consistent, and safe communication.
