Dermatologist – Build Your Own Practice with Zero Office OverheadJob Summary
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist who is interested in building their own successful dermatology practice without the significant financial burden of starting from scratch. Our thriving luxury medspa currently sees approximately 30 patients per day and is staffed by an experienced clinical and administrative team, including:
- 3 Registered Nurses
- 1 Nurse Practitioner
- 2 Electrologists
- 3 Licensed Estheticians
- Experienced front office and patient care coordinators
The right dermatologist will have access to treatment rooms, administrative support, established patient referrals, and our extensive client database, dramatically reducing startup costs and eliminating the overhead associated with hiring and managing support staff.
In addition to operating your own dermatology practice, you will serve as the Medical Director for the medspa, creating additional income opportunities while collaborating with a respected and rapidly growing wellness and aesthetics practice.

Whether your passion is medical, surgical, or cosmetic dermatology, you'll have the opportunity to practice independently while collaborating with an experienced aesthetics team in a modern, upscale environment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a broad range of dermatologic conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, skin infections, and skin cancers.
- Perform comprehensive skin examinations and skin cancer screenings.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based medical care.
- Perform in-office dermatologic procedures including biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, electrosurgery, and laser treatments.
- Offer cosmetic dermatology services, including injectables and other aesthetic procedures, if desired.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using an electronic medical record (EMR).
- Educate patients regarding prevention, treatment options, skincare, and long-term skin health.
- Collaborate with the medspa team to provide comprehensive aesthetic and wellness services.
- Serve as Medical Director and provide appropriate clinical oversight in accordance with state regulations.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, state medical board regulations, and clinical documentation standards.
QualificationsRequired
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Dermatology Residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology
- Active (or eligible) state medical license
- DEA registration
- Professional liability (malpractice) insurance
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care
Preferred
- Experience in outpatient dermatology
- Experience performing biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, laser procedures, and cosmetic injectables
- Familiarity with EMR systems such as Epic or similar platforms
- Knowledge of CPT/ICD coding and clinical documentation
- Interest in cosmetic dermatology, Mohs surgery, or regenerative medicine
