Compensation: $100,000 – $160,000 / year (Based on production and performance)
Schedule: 6 days a week | Full-time National Travel (Extended out-of-town deployment)
Equipment Provided: Brand-new, fully equipped company service van, premium specialized high-reach pneumatic tools, and advanced tech/camera gear.
The Opportunity
We are a fast-growing, national gutter and dryer vent cleaning company and service operation looking for a high-performing, elite field technician to manage and execute major multi-family and commercial property maintenance contracts across the country.
This is not a standard, local roof-and-gutter job. This is a high-autonomy, high-compensation role designed for an "industrial athlete" who loves the open road, thrives under discipline, and wants to run their own mobile operation. You will take the keys to a brand-new company van, manage specialized high-pressure air and high-reach video systems, and dominate service routes nationwide.

- Highly Intelligent & Autonomous: You will be running a mobile territory on your own. You need to be a sharp problem-solver who can handle basic mechanical troubleshooting (compressors, pneumatic fittings) and tech interfaces (GoPro cameras, routing software) without hand-holding.
- Strictly Reliable & Drug-Free: You take pride in your integrity. A clean driving record and passing a drug screen are strict prerequisites to taking the keys to our brand-new fleet vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute with Precision: High-quality execution of high-reach dryer vent and gutter cleaning services using premium, high-reach video and pneumatic agitation whip systems.
- Command the Van: Maintain a brand-new, company-provided service van, keeping tools meticulously organized and the vehicle immaculate.
- Logistical Autonomy: Manage your daily service routes across various states, interfacing cleanly with our virtual management team and dispatch systems.
- Client Relations: Act as the professional, on-the-ground face of the company when arriving at high-value commercial properties.
Requirements
- Proven track record of high reliability in an autonomous, travel-heavy role (Military deployment, field service, or traveling trades heavily preferred).
- Exceptional physical stamina and strength (ability to handle leverage on long high-reach poles and lift heavy equipment daily).
- Strong mechanical aptitude to operate and perform basic troubleshooting on portable rotary screw compressors and pneumatic tools.
- Comfortable utilizing mobile technology, cameras, and service tracking apps.
- Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
