Full Job Description

JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE

The Gas Supply Analyst supports Delta Utilities’ short-term procurement, contract administration, and regulatory documentation functions. This entry-level role focuses on learning industry fundamentals, internal systems, and compliance requirements to ensure the delivery of economic, prudent, and reliable gas supply for customers.

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Assist with daily gas supply activities, including monitoring pipeline electronic bulletin boards and internal ETRM reports
Support contract administration tasks such as document retention and preparing agreements for execution
Compile and organize gas cost data for regulatory filings
Communicate with internal departments to ensure compliance with reporting guidelines and deadlines

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Minimum education required of the position

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, engineering, finance, marketing, mathematics, or related field
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Minimum experience required of the position

Assist with daily gas supply activities, including monitoring pipeline electronic bulletin boards and internal ETRM reports
Support contract administration tasks such as document retention and preparing agreements for execution
Communicate with internal departments to ensure compliance with reporting guidelines and deadlines

Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities preferred of the position

Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Any certificates, licenses, etc. required for the position
