Part-Time Administrative & Reservations CoordinatorSt. Simons Island, GA (Remote/Hybrid, ability to get onto the Island)

Part-Time | 27-30 Hours/Week | $20/hour

At Covenant Property Management, we believe exceptional hospitality starts behind the scenes. We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented team member who enjoys keeping things running smoothly while providing outstanding service to guests and property owners.

This role is split between administrative support and reservations/leasing, making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate enjoys creating order out of chaos, communicates with warmth and professionalism, catches the small details others miss, and genuinely enjoys helping people. They are dependable, proactive, and take pride in delivering an exceptional experience for both teammates and guests. They have a strong sense of ownership, naturally look for ways to help without being asked, and are motivated by serving others. On administrative days, they genuinely want to support the team and keep operations running smoothly. On reservations days, they are energized by filling vacancies, converting inquiries into bookings, and maximizing occupancy.

Tentative Schedule

Monday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Thursday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Occasional Weekend/Holiday/After Hours work as needed.

What You'll Do

Administrative Support - Monday, Thursday & Friday

Process and organize company documentation
Maintain digital files and records
Assist with reporting and data entry
Monitor shared inboxes and route requests to the appropriate team members
Handle guest communication with a professional, happy to help attitude.
Help maintain internal systems and SOPs
Assist leadership with special projects
Keep internal communications and records organized
Perform various administrative duties as needed

Reservations & Leasing - Tuesday & Wednesday

Drive revenue by converting guest inquiries into completed reservations and signed leases while maximizing occupancy.
Respond promptly to reservation and leasing inquiries
Assist guests through the booking process
Communicate specific needs for each reservation with operations, housekeeping, and field inspectors to ensure a smooth stay or move-in.
Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages professionally
Coordinate reservation changes and cancellations
Maintain accurate availability and ensure all short-term and long-term rental platforms are up to date.
Help maximize occupancy through exceptional guest communication
Coordinate property tours for prospective long-term renters.
Work closely with the Operations and Sales teams
Provide a luxury-level customer experience from inquiry through booking

Preferred Qualifications

Previous administrative experience
Customer service, hospitality, or reservations experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Breezeway, Streamline and Google Workspace
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

Property management experience is a plus, but not required.
