Carefree Remodeling was founded in 2010 with a simple mission: to make home improvement projects easier for homeowners. Led by founder and CEO Ty Burcham, who brings more than 14 years of experience in the new home industry, Carefree Remodeling was created to take the guesswork out of finding reliable, reputable service providers in Central Texas. Today, Ty and Leslie Burcham continue to lead the company with a strong focus on customer care, personally helping clients identify their needs, build a plan, and carry projects through to completion.

What is the Job About?

As an office admin for Carefree Remodeling + Diamondback Coatings you would be responsible for assisting with scheduling appointments, keeping CRM up to date, billing, estimate prep, preparing proposals, ordering materials, & other office task. May also involve some errand running. This is a position where you can work primarily from home, learn a lot of great new skills, and talk to a wide variety of people & personality types! If you are a hard worker with outstanding work ethic, attention to detail, & a wonderful attitude we would like to invite you to apply!

Responsibilities:

Prioritizing showing up to work on time & ready to go
Staying focused and busy until end of shift everyday
Must be able to answer phone calls between open and closing times Mon-Fri
Handle scheduling appointments on the ownership teams calendars
Organization - Keeping CRM up to date with all calls, clients info, and scheduled appointments
Preparing proposal documents from estimates & scope of work documents
Assisting the owners with managing client communications
Assisting the owners in following up with clients in the sales process
Ordering project materials
Managing accounts receivable & accounts payable
Daily meetings to update performance metrics & address client questions

Job Requirements:

Must have experience working with Quickbooks (Invoicing, reconciling, & recording transactions)
Experience using programs like Canva, Excel, Word and other similar software.
Must have access to stable internet connection
Must be able to work up to 8 hour shifts while managing a fast paced environment
Willingness to learn & grow

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Georgetown, TX 78633
