POSITION SUMMARY
The Aesthetic & Wellness Sales Consultant is responsible for converting prospective patient inquiries into consultations, memberships, and treatment plans while delivering an exceptional concierge-level patient experience. This individual serves as the primary point of contact for Medical Spa and Wellness patients, guiding them through every step of the decision-making process with professionalism, empathy, and expertise.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Management & Sales
- Respond promptly to all incoming phone calls, text messages, website inquiries, social media messages, referrals, and lead submissions.
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospective patients.
- Conduct consultative conversations to understand patient goals, motivations, concerns, timelines, and treatment interests.
- Educate patients regarding Medi Spa and Wellness services, treatment options, memberships, and available packages.
- Explain the patient journey, consultation process, treatment expectations, maintenance recommendations, and timelines within established practice guidelines.
- Guide patients through treatment recommendations while helping them feel informed and confident in their decisions.
- Convert qualified inquiries into scheduled consultations and appointments.
- Convert consultations into treatment plan enrollments, memberships, package purchases, and service bookings.
- Increase membership enrollment, patient retention, and recurring revenue.
- Overcome objections while maintaining a personalized, relationship-focused approach.
- Conduct proactive follow-up with new leads, consultation patients, inactive patients, and previous inquiries.
- Reactivate dormant leads and encourage patients to return for recommended maintenance treatments.
- Maintain accurate lead documentation and communication records within practice systems.
Patient Qualification & Financial Consultation
- Conduct comprehensive lead qualification conversations with prospective patients.
- Assess patient goals, treatment interests, expectations, and desired timelines.
- Determine whether prospective patients are appropriate candidates based on established practice guidelines.
- Educate patients regarding anticipated investment ranges for treatments, memberships, and wellness programs.
- Discuss financing options and payment solutions offered by the practice.
- Assist patients with financing applications and prequalification through approved financing partners.
- Review financing approvals and eligibility information in accordance with company policies.
- Assess financial readiness before scheduling consultations when appropriate.
- Schedule patients with the appropriate provider, service line, and appointment type.
- Help reduce non-qualified consultations while improving consultation conversion rates.
- Maintain detailed documentation regarding financing status, patient goals, and qualification outcomes.
Luxury Patient Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service and a luxury patient experience with every interaction.
- Ensure patients feel welcomed, heard, respected, educated, and supported.
- Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, emotional intelligence, and active listening.
- Represent the Neaman Plastic Surgery brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Maintain concierge-level communication throughout every stage of the patient journey.

ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule consultations and treatment appointments accurately.
- Maintain detailed documentation within EMR, CRM, and practice management systems.
- Track lead activity, follow-up communication, treatment acceptance, and conversion outcomes.
- Coordinate ongoing communication with providers and clinical staff.
- Ensure proper routing and scheduling of patient inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and applicable privacy regulations.
- Support department reporting and sales performance metrics.
SPECIAL PROJECTS
During periods of lower call and lead volume, the Aesthetic & Wellness Sales Consultant will assist with projects including:
- Lead reactivation campaigns
- CRM updates and maintenance
- Membership growth initiatives
- Patient retention campaigns
- Treatment plan follow-up
- Marketing support
- Community outreach initiatives
- Sales process improvement projects
- Data entry and reporting

QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Minimum three (3) years of demonstrated sales experience.
- Proven success converting leads into consultations, appointments, memberships, or sales.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable discussing pricing, financing, memberships, and treatment investments.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently in both remote and in-person environments.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong emotional intelligence and active listening skills.
- Ability to learn complex aesthetic and wellness concepts.
- Proficiency with CRM, EMR, and practice management software.
Preferred
- Experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, cosmetic medicine, hospitality, luxury retail, or elective healthcare.
- Experience with patient financing platforms.
- Experience selling memberships and treatment plans.
- Experience with consultative sales methodologies.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
