Overview

Join us as an Independent Retail Pharmacy Manager and lead a vibrant community-focused pharmacy dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a welcoming environment for both patients and staff. Your expertise will drive medication management, clinical services, and team leadership, empowering you to make a meaningful impact on our community. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine clinical excellence with business acumen in a supportive, fast-paced setting.

Duties

Manage all aspects of pharmacy operations and ensuring adherence to federal and state pharmacy laws.
Lead and motivate a team of pharmacy technicians and staff, fostering a collaborative environment focused on outstanding patient service.
Provide comprehensive patient care through medication therapy management, patient assessments, immunizations, and chronic care management
Ensure pharmaceutical regulatory compliance by maintaining accurate records and following HIPAA confidentiality policies.
Pharmacy staff scheduling, PTO and personnel issues including hiring and termination
monthly, quarterly and annual reporting on employee performance and other pharmacy performance metrics

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
