Full Job Description

Service Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Supervisor- Float where you will provide a variety of services to members and supervise branch personnel with the support and direction of the Branch Manager and/or Assistant Branch Manager.

This Member Service Supervisor Float position will cover areas along the Seacoast region. There may be times when coverage may be needed in other areas as well.

Pay: Starting at $25.00/hour. Flexible based on experience.

A Day in the Life:

Has a thorough working knowledge of all Service CU policies and procedures, knows the current fiscal year corporate goals and the branch required goal production to achieve these goals including, but not limited to, loan production, new member development, and new checking account production.
Works with their branch manager and staff to meet assigned goals including but not limited to loan production, new member development, and new checking account production.
Has a thorough understanding of all Service CU products and services in order to cross-sell those products and services which will serve the needs of the member.
Conduct all business activities while complying with Service CU policies and Federal banking regulations.
Adhere to compliance requirements to include but not limited to; physical security, information security, safety, Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Monetary Instruments (MI), Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR), Current Transaction Reports (CTR), and Fraud/Identity Theft.
Responsible for complying with all BSA/USA Patriot Act regulations as provided by the Security Officer of Service CU, including but not limited to notifying supervisors of suspicious activity and excessive cash withdrawals.
Have a thorough understanding and assure adherence of branch personnel of credit union security and cash handling procedures.
Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications:

One to three years of similar or related experience.
Outstanding leadership and customer service skills.
Ability to recognize and recommend enhancements and solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
