What We’re Looking For:
* At least 4 years of hands-on experience in general contracting or handyman work
* Skilled in: carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, tile, framing, siding, and general home repairs
* Ability to complete jobs with minimal supervision while keeping a clean, professional work site
* Brings own tools and has reliable transportation
* Can communicate well with clients and team members, shows up on time, and gets the job done right
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and respectful of clients’ homes

Responsibilities:
* Drywall install, patching, texturing
* Interior & exterior painting
* Flooring & tile installation
* Framing, carpentry, siding, window & door installs
* Light concrete work
* General residential repairs & small remodels

Pay & Growth:
* Starting Pay: $16–$20/hr during trial period (first few jobs)
* Raise After Trial: Based on skill, work ethic, and reliability — up to $22+/hr
* Bonuses & Advancement: Raise potential, leadership opportunities, and project lead bonuses available
* Subcontractors who bring their own clients may qualify for profit-sharing percentages

Schedule:
* Jobs range from 4 to 9 hours, depending on the day/project
* Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays
* Full-time or part-time options available — must be consistent and dependable

Requirements:
* 4+ years experience in trades or general contracting
* Valid driver’s license and transportation
* Must own basic tools
* Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines
