Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule: 20-30 hours per week to start

Job Description

Centurion Property Management is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Onsite Manager to oversee two neighboring communities, Pinewood and Villa Caprice, totaling 73 units, located in Salem, Oregon. This is a part-time, onsite position with a consistent daytime schedule, ideal for someone who lives nearby and is committed to maintaining a strong, regular presence at both properties.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the onsite point of contact for residents at both Pinewood and Villa Caprice during scheduled hours
Handle day-to-day office and administrative tasks for both communities (answering resident inquiries, processing paperwork, light data entry)
Walk each property regularly to check for maintenance issues, safety concerns, or curb appeal problems
Check and maintain the community pool, including monitoring cleanliness, chemical levels/signage, and reporting any service needs
Assist with move-in/move-out coordination and basic tenant communication across both properties
Report larger maintenance or safety issues to the property management team promptly
Divide time between the two properties as needed to keep both running smoothly

Qualifications:

Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently onsite across two properties
Basic computer/administrative skills
Prior property management, leasing, or customer service experience a plus but not required
Ability to walk both properties regularly, including outdoor areas and stairs
Reliable transportation to move between the two communities
Must be available for a consistent part-time schedule (20-30 hours/week)

Pay & Schedule:

This position starts at 20-30 hours per week, with pay per hour based on experience. This is a part-time role covering both properties and does not include onsite housing or a rent credit.
