Full Job Description

SPD Performance is hiring! We offer an attractive (Monday-Friday) work schedule, vacation and holiday compensation.

All Candidates must:

Ability to work independently as well as under direction from other team members.
Reliable, able to attend work regularly as scheduled
Have attention to detail.
Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Welder/Fabricator:

Candidates must:

Have basic metalworking and MIG and TIG welding skills.
Be able to lift at least 50 lbs, bend frequently, and stand for most of the day;

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications, with or without reasonable accommodations:

Have the ability to pass a welding test, including a full demonstration of ability.
Ability to read and comprehend shop instructions at a satisfactory level.
Are comfortable performing the work under the implied manual hand dexterity.
Are able to calculate figures and amounts including fractional size, decimals, diameter, and more.

$18 - $26/hr DOE
