Full Job Description

We are seeking a talented full-time Dental Office Manager to join our Dental team. (Minimum of 4+ years of Dental management experience required)

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with a stellar team, is motivated by setting and achieving goals, takes pride in their work, and has great attention to detail.

What we are looking for:

Outgoing and positive attitude
Works well with a team and is able to effectively lead a team
Strong Management experience and skills
Manage team performance
Adept with technology to handle minor issues independently
Strong leadership skills
Comfortable with posting insurance payments
Claim submission and RCM experience
Experienced with outstanding AR and insurance follow up
Providing estimates and presenting treatment with patients
Managing schedules effectively
Excellent communication skills with patients and teammates
Enthusiastic personality
Hard working
Maintaining professionalism, empathy and resilience in a fast paced environment
Managing office payroll corrections, time off requests
Proficient with a paperless office. (G-Suite, Management software, Digital Imaging)
