Account Services Representatives are our customers’ first point of contact and are responsible for providing them with an exceptional banking experience by performing a variety of tasks including opening new accounts and recommending other banking services, answering an array of customer inquiries, and maintaining a working knowledge of bank services in a courteous and professional manner. As with all our positions, there are no sales goals for this role.

This position is an in-person position located at 109 Commercial St. NE, Salem, Oregon

Job Type: Full Time/Non-Exempt

Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:15am-5:15pm, Fri 8:30am – 5:30pm, Occasional overtime

Salary: $3,000 - $4,000 Monthly (DOE)

What You'll Do

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding account-related inquiries and services.
Handle customer requests and transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, account transfers, and loan payments.
Provide information about banking products and services and assisting clients in selecting options that best suit their needs.
Resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain and update account information accurately in our systems.
Adhere to all banking regulations and company policies to ensure compliance.
