Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and clients, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage reservations and bookings using computerized systems.
Handle phone inquiries and provide information about services, amenities, and local attractions.
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available.
Assist with calendar management for appointments and meetings.
Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues when necessary.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Experience

Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
Previouse experience in Hospitality/Hotel setting preferred
Proficiency in using phone systems and computerized reservation systems is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as communication with diverse clientele is essential.
Experience in office management or as a personal assistant is a plus.
Excellent typing skills for efficient data entry and communication.
