Qualifications
US work authorization (Required).
Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills. Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Job Description
Strong organizational skills are a must with the ability to multitask.
Must be familiar with Google Drive to organize their work along with using tools, like Microsoft Office, printer, copier, and scanner.
Scanning work packages and transferring them to a company shared drive.
Assisting Leads, Managers, and Airline Representatives in searching physical records.
Maintaining an orderly filing system.
Assist the Records Manager in any other additional tasks.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree required.
Experience as a records clerk, administrative assistant, office admin assistant, or data entry is a plus, not required.
Proficient with computer-based, data programs. Most of your responsibilities will include a computer.
