POSITION SUMMARY
- Position Summary:
  - Central Service Assistant Lead oversees the daily processes in Central Service areas of decontamination, prep and pack, and CSOR. Communicates pertinent information to provide optimum communication between all shifts, ancillary departments and the clinical coordinator. The team lead takes a clinical role on the unit, and assists in developing and monitoring performance improvement issues. Competency and development of staff is a focus. Has responsibility for surgical instrumentation repairs and instrument preventative maintenance program. Maintains functionality of the instrument tracking system utilized in the department.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Education
  - High school or GED
  - LPN preferred
- Minimum Experience
  - Two years experience in central services operation preferred
- Required Registration/License/Certification
  - CRCST Certification required within one year

Location: Salina Regional Health Center · Central Services
Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift, Occasional Weekend and Holiday shifts
