Full Job Description

Yoh has an immediate, 6 month contract opportunity, as a Administrative Assistant (Utility/Billing) within the Utlilities industry to join our client, OnSite, to report to their office in Pacific Grove, CA

$30/hr. max hourly rate
40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-4PM
3+ years of administrative support experience with strong Microsoft Office skills, document management, invoice processing, and coordination of operational activities required

***Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. Due to the client-site nature of this role, we are unable to support OPT or STEM OPT employment, including completion of Form I-983***

What You Will Be Doing

Prepare, process, record and file operation documents including, but not limited to, timecards, work orders, contracts, service orders, purchase orders, records and monthly operating reports. Monitor expenditures and prepare miscellaneous invoices.
Review and process Operations employees P-Card purchases and maintain accurate records. Prepare general correspondence and spreadsheets. Establish and maintain files and records. Process mail and answer phones.
Provide back up support to executive assistants. Purchase office supplies and general materials.
Coordinate routine activities and communications.
Assist with pre-post meeting arrangements.
Make travel arrangements and reservations as assigned.
Assist with various administrative or clerical details as required.
Assist with investigation of insurance claims.

Who You Are

HS Diploma or GED required
3+ years' experience administrative or secretarial experience, and performance of duties at a responsible level. Formal administrative or secretarial training or degree in Administrative / Office Technology field desired
Ability to work under general supervision and to exercise routine procedures.
Strong administrative and computer skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Coordination and organization skills.
Broad knowledge or ability to learn company operations, policies, and procedures.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (i.e., initiative, judgment, discretion, and confidential information).
Advanced and thorough processing skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Familiarity with database technology and knowledge of SAP operating system highly desirable
