Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Freelance Video Editor to bring creative visions to life through compelling visual storytelling. This dynamic role offers the flexibility of remote work while contributing to diverse projects across digital media, marketing campaigns, and content creation. As a Freelance Video Editor, you will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, engaging videos that resonate with audiences and elevate brand presence. Your expertise in editing software, motion graphics, COLOR GRADING, and post-production techniques will be essential in delivering high-quality content on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

Edit and assemble raw video footage into cohesive, visually appealing final products using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, and animations using tools like Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D to enhance storytelling.
Perform color correction and grading with Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, or Capture One to ensure visual consistency and aesthetic appeal.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and client specifications.
Collaborate closely with content creators, videographers, graphic designers, and clients to understand project goals and deliver tailored results.
Organize and maintain media assets efficiently using content management systems and FTP protocols for seamless workflow.
Contribute to the creative process by suggesting innovative editing techniques, typography choices, and visual enhancements to maximize engagement.

Experience

Proven experience in video editing for digital media, marketing campaigns, or entertainment projects.
Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or Devinci.
Demonstrated skills in photo editing, photo manipulation, motion graphics, 2D/3D animation (including Maya or Cinema 4D), and post-production workflows.
Familiarity with videography principles including filming techniques and content creation processes.
Knowledge of content management systems and experience managing large media libraries via FTP or cloud-based platforms.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
