Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Drafter/Architect to join our innovative design team. In this role, you will be instrumental in translating conceptual ideas into precise technical drawings and 3D models that bring architectural visions to life. Your expertise will support project development from schematic design through construction documentation, ensuring accuracy, building code compliance, and seamless collaboration across disciplines. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to contribute to impactful architectural projects using cutting-edge CAD and BIM tools.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed construction drawings, schematics, and construction detail documentation using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, or SolidWorks.
Create accurate 3D CAD models
Perform building code analysis and ensure all designs meet local building regulations and standards for code compliance.
Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools to coordinate project data, facilitate clash detection, and streamline construction workflows.
Assist in system design and interior design tasks by producing detailed drawings for mechanical systems, interior layouts, and graphic presentations.
Support the development of schematics and conceptual designs through drafting and graphic design skills.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to review plans, resolve design issues, and ensure construction accuracy.

Qualifications

Proven experience with CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, or SolidWorks.
Knowledge of building code analysis and building information modeling (BIM) tools for project coordination.
Experience in construction detail documentation and schematic development.
Familiarity with mechanical design, interior design concepts, system design, and graphic presentation techniques.
Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail; ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
