Position Overview
As a Spray Foam / Home Performance Technician, you’ll play a hands-on role installing spray foam insulation and other energy-saving materials in homes and small commercial buildings. You’ll help homeowners lower energy costs, improve comfort, and create healthier indoor environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Arrive on time and ready to work each day.
- Safely navigate attics, crawlspaces, and other tight areas to install or replace insulation, vapor barriers, and other weatherization materials.
- Apply spray foam insulation and related systems according to company standards, safety requirements, and applicable codes.
- Maintain accurate job records, material counts, and daily logs.
- Inspect and maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment.
- Communicate professionally with team members, supervisors, and customers.
- Follow all company and OSHA safety policies.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and professional attitude.
- High attention to detail and self-motivation.
- Must follow all PPE and safety protocols.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing (must meet insurance requirements).
- Must pass a pre-employment background check.
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift or push up to 75 lbs.
- Comfortable working in hot attics or tight crawlspaces.
- Able to stoop, kneel, crawl, balance, and stand for extended periods.
- Full range of motion in arms, legs, and hands.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years in Spray Foam
- 2+ years of construction experience.
- BPI, RESNET, or NATE certification (a plus).

Pay: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour
