Full Job Description

Dealer Care Manager

This is not an all-inclusive list but should give you a solid overview of expectations.

Key Objective:

The main goal of this position is to lead and manage the Dealer Care team, increase team efficiency, ensure accountability, and support business growth. This includes identifying ways to grow market share, forecasting results, and helping Platinum owners set sales goals and maintain steady growth using Ops level reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coordinate and oversee daily operations within the Dealer Care department to provide the ultimate dealer/manufacturer experience within company guidelines
Strategic development of the Dealer Care staff to provide efficient use of Evergreen finances (includes collaboration with HR for recommended hiring/discipline actions and team member performance reviews)
Constant focus on improving the speed and accuracy of the department
Developing proactive solutions for dealer and manufacturer issues
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows when applicable
Partner with Operations to continuously improve customer and vendor experiences

Dealer satisfaction, retention, and referrals
High inventory turns for managed inventory
Increase volume & quality of Platinum company contracts
Speed and accuracy of team
90 Data goals being met
Number of new dealers onboarded
BOR count
Contracts with LDW & Auto Pay

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
