Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented bookkeeper with strong PC skills for Mooresville office. In this role you will be the backbone of our daily financial operations, managing high-volume data entry with precision while taking ownership of our month-end revenue reconciliation and financial reporting. ***This is a part time office-based role with a flexible schedule of 2 or 5 days a week.

What Will I Be Doing?

Prepare and post month end journal entries.
Analyze accounts for discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain detailed documentation of all bookkeeping activities.
Accurately record and categorize financial transactions.
Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.
Assist in maintaining the general ledger and ensuring a clean, efficient month-end close process.
A/P and A/R.
All other duties as assigned.

Do I Have What It Takes?

Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred (relevant certifications like Certified Bookkeeper are a plus).
Attention to Detail: Exceptional data entry speed and accuracy, with a knack for spotting anomalies in large datasets.
Time Management: Ability to meet strict deadlines, particularly during the fast-paced month-end close period.
Strong experience with Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Dynamics 365
Exceptional communication skills
