Full Job Description

Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk for the Seaford area.

Responsibilities
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts payable data
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for accurately
- Monitor vendor payment agreements to ensure payments are up to date

Requirements
-Entering invoices into the system

-Printing receiving reports and matching them to invoices

-Filing, answering the phone, calling customers

-General office work.

Hours are Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
