Who We Are

Maryland/Delaware Group is one of the most active real estate investment operations on the Delmarva Peninsula. We buy direct from sellers, we move fast, and we close consistently. This is not a brokerage. We are a full acquisitions operation with systems, lead flow, and infrastructure already in place.

What We're Hiring For

We are looking for a full-time Inside Sales Agent to work seller leads daily out of our Salisbury office. You'll be on the phone qualifying motivated sellers, building rapport, and moving deals to signed contracts. When you're ramped, you'll also be going on in-home appointments with sellers who are already expecting you. An appointment setter handles that booking. You are not cold calling indefinitely.

This Role Is Built for Someone Getting Into Real Estate the Right Way

If you are currently working toward your Maryland real estate license or already have one and want to actually use it in a production environment, this is the opportunity most agents never find on their way in. You will be working real volume, real motivated sellers, and real deals from day one. Not waiting on leads. Not hoping a listing comes in. You will be inside an operation that already runs.

If you don't have your license yet, we will walk you through getting it as part of your start here.

Day to Day

Work inbound and outbound seller leads through our CRM
Follow a proven call process to qualify motivation and push toward an offer
Set and attend in-home seller appointments as you ramp up
Hit weekly targets: dials, contacts, appointments, and signed contracts
Show up to daily morning meetings in the office. This is not optional and it is where the day gets built
Shadow a senior agent through your first 120 days

What We're Looking For

Real sales experience. Phone closing, not just customer service
Currently pursuing your Maryland real estate license or already licensed
Can make 50 to 100 calls a day and stay locked in when the pipeline is slow
Builds trust fast on a call without sounding like a script
Wants to earn based on production, not hours logged
Can be in the Salisbury office daily. This is not remote

Compensation

1099 independent contractor
Performance-gated stipend for the first 120 days while you ramp
Per-deal pay that scales as you build toward full production
Realistic path to $8,000 to $10,000 per month once fully ramped
