Discovery is seeking a Caregiver to join our Assisted Living team. In this role, you will provide compassionate, resident-centered support by assisting with activities of daily living, encouraging independence, and helping residents maintain the highest possible quality of life. Through your kindness, attentiveness, and dedication, you will build meaningful relationships and help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment where residents can thrive.

Responsibilities:
- Provide care to individuals in need, including seniors and individuals with disabilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, and other services in accordance with individual service plans
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
- Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or memory loss
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
Qualifications:
- Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
- Ability to work as a team and also independently
- Ability to effectively manage challenging behaviors using appropriate techniques
- Physical ability to lift and assist clients as needed
Employer will assist with getting CPR/First Aid and Medication Assistance Certification Course
