Full Job Description

Credit Analyst

Job Summary

We're hiring a Credit Analyst in the West Valley area for a seasonal opportunity paying $18/hour. If you have experience contacting customers and resolving outstanding balances, this is a straightforward Monday-Friday role with consistent daytime hours through the end of the year.

What You'll Do

Contact customers by phone and email to follow up on outstanding account balances
Assist customers in resolving past-due payments and setting up payment arrangements
Document account activity and update records accurately in the system
Communicate professionally and persistently to recover payments while maintaining positive customer relationships
Escalate unresolved accounts as needed to the appropriate team members
Meet daily and weekly collections targets

What You Bring

Required

Previous experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a customer-facing billing role
Strong phone communication skills and a professional, composed demeanor
Comfortable working with account data and basic computer systems

Preferred

Experience using accounting or collections software
Familiarity with payment plans, dispute resolution, or AR processes

Schedule & Shift

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay & Compensation

$18.00 per hour

Please Note: This is a seasonal position running from August 10 through December 31.
