Full Job Description

Overview

Pantheon Clinical Research is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to manage active industry-sponsored clinical trials. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bountiful, Utah.

Applicants must currently reside in Davis, Weber, Salt Lake, or Utah County and be able to reliably commute to our office. Relocation assistance is not available. Applications from outside the local commuting area will not be considered.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of clinical research coordination experience and be capable of independently managing study activities, participant visits, sponsor interactions, and data collection while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and patient care.

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day operations of assigned clinical trials
Screen, consent, enroll, and schedule study participants
Conduct study visits and protocol-required procedures
Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, IRB requirements, and sponsor protocols
Maintain accurate source documentation
Enter study data into EDC systems and resolve data queries
Coordinate laboratory collections, processing, and shipments
Track investigational product, study supplies, and laboratory kits
Communicate effectively with sponsors, CROs, monitors, investigators, and participants
Prepare for monitoring visits, audits, and inspections
Maintain essential regulatory and study documentation
Manage multiple studies simultaneously while meeting enrollment and data quality goals

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Clinical Research Coordinator experience
Experience managing industry-sponsored clinical trials
Working knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA, and IRB regulations
Experience with EDC and CTMS platforms
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple ongoing studies

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a health-related or life sciences field
CCRC or CCRP certification
Experience with RealTime, Medrio, Rave, Florence, or similar research systems
Experience in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Dermatology, Pulmonology, CNS, or Vaccine studies
Phlebotomy experience

Compensation

$28.37 - $31.25 per hour DOE
(Approximately $59,000 - $65,000 annually based on a 40-hour workweek)

Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated clinical research expertise.
