Gigi Pip + Two Roads are leading providers of fashion-forward brimmed hats and custom hat-making events—including western hats, fedoras, felt, straw, and more. We are seeking an Event Coordinator to manage and execute out-of-state custom hat events that bring our brands to life across the country.

Responsibilities Include:

-Attend and support multiple events per month across the continental U.S. (up to 80% of work time will be spent traveling)

-Manage all post-sale event logistics from confirmation through post-event reporting

-Maintain, prep, and restock event kits; coordinate ordering of event kit supplies

-Coordinate and train out-of-town onsite event affiliates

-Collect and analyze event performance data; generate and share reports

-Provide weekly updates to the manager on event performance, customer feedback, and any relevant issues

Desired Skills and Experience:

-Travel experience and a strong willingness to be on the road frequently

-Background in customer service and/or sales

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—confident in engaging with customers in various event settings

-Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize effectively

-Strong computer skills; experience with Shopify, Asana, PipeDrive, Google Workspace, and Slack preferred
