Full Job Description

Talent Acquisition Sourcer
Location: Colorado or Utah
Compensation: $50,000–$65,000 base salary

Kodiak Labor Solutions is recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support a growing recruiting team.

This is a sourcing-focused recruiting role. You’ll spend your time identifying qualified candidates, building talent pipelines, researching the market, and getting the right people in front of the recruiting team. You will not be responsible for owning the full hiring process from intake through offer.

If you enjoy finding hard-to-reach talent, building candidate pipelines, and figuring out where the best people are hiding, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

Source qualified candidates for salaried positions across construction, manufacturing, and related industries
Use LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, networking, referrals, and other sourcing tools to identify talent
Conduct targeted searches for both active and passive candidates
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Research companies, competitors, talent markets, and adjacent industries to identify potential candidates
Reach out to prospective candidates through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other appropriate channels
Pre-qualify candidates against established position requirements before handing them to the recruiting team
Keep candidate information and sourcing activity organized and updated in the ATS
Partner closely with recruiters to adjust searches based on feedback and hiring priorities
Help the recruiting team move faster by consistently delivering qualified candidate leads

What We’re Looking For

1+ years of recruiting, sourcing, staffing, talent acquisition, or related experience
Strong research and internet sourcing skills
Comfortable using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS platforms, and recruiting databases
Ability to identify relevant candidates from both obvious and non-obvious talent pools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized, persistent, and comfortable working with activity goals
Ability to manage multiple searches and shifting priorities
Comfortable working independently while staying closely connected to the recruiting team

Preferred Experience

Construction, manufacturing, mechanical, industrial, or skilled trades recruiting experience
Agency recruiting or high-volume sourcing experience
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms
Familiarity with Boolean search techniques
Experience sourcing passive candidates
