Full Job Description

We are currently hiring a full-time Wireless Sales Representative in the Bountiful, UT area.

This is an in-person, face-to-face business-to-business (B2B) field sales position supporting wireless, internet, mobility, connectivity, and telecommunications products and services.

Wireless Sales Representatives work directly with local business owners, managers, and decision-makers throughout assigned Bountiful and greater Salt Lake City-area territories. Representatives identify business telecommunications needs, explain available products, services, pricing, and promotions, recommend appropriate solutions, and assist interested business customers through the sales and service enrollment process.

This position requires local travel throughout an assigned territory during the workday. It is not a remote, retail-store, call-center, or office-based customer service position.

No previous wireless or telecommunications sales experience is required. Paid training is provided.

Compensation & Employment

Full-time W-2 employee position
Not a 1099 or independent contractor opportunity
Guaranteed base pay: $[INSERT ACTUAL BASE] per week
Uncapped commission opportunities in addition to guaranteed base pay
Average total earnings, including commissions: $1,000–$1,500 per week
Commission earnings are based on individual sales performance and are not guaranteed
Paid weekly
Paid training provided
Performance-based bonus opportunities

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Wireless Sales Representative, you will:

Work face-to-face with prospective business customers throughout an assigned local territory
Prospect and engage local businesses to identify wireless and telecommunications needs
Meet directly with business owners, managers, and other decision-makers
Promote and sell wireless, business internet, mobility, connectivity, and telecommunications products and services
Conduct customer needs assessments to understand current services and business requirements
Explain available products, service plans, features, pricing, and current promotions
Conduct needs-based B2B sales presentations
Recommend appropriate telecommunications solutions based on individual business needs
Assist interested business customers through the sales, application, and service enrollment process
Generate new business customer acquisitions
Prepare and complete required customer applications, service agreements, and enrollment documentation
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Follow up with prospective customers throughout the sales process
Develop professional relationships with local business customers
Maintain current product, service, and promotional knowledge
Track individual sales activity and customer acquisition
Work toward established daily and weekly sales goals
Attend paid sales meetings, product training, and ongoing professional development
Travel locally throughout the assigned territory during the workday

This is an in-person B2B field sales position involving direct face-to-face engagement with prospective business customers. Local territory travel is an essential part of the position.

Schedule

Full-time
Approximately 40–42 hours per week
Monday through Friday
Local travel throughout an assigned territory during the workday
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required

Qualifications

Candidates should:

Be at least 18 years old
Be legally authorized to work in the United States
Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Be comfortable approaching and speaking with new business customers face-to-face
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Be interested in developing experience in B2B sales, telecommunications, and customer acquisition
Be comfortable working toward individual sales and performance goals
Be self-motivated and able to work independently within an assigned territory
Be coachable and willing to learn telecommunications products, services, and sales presentations
Be able to maintain professional communication with business owners and decision-makers
Work effectively independently and as part of a sales team

Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, telecommunications, technology, banking, account management, business development, retail, or other customer-facing positions is helpful but not required.
