Project Manager:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent organizational and leadership abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction and leadership to the construction operations team, establishing and executing the company's operational objectives and goals.
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple construction projects with support from other field team members.
Budget and Sub-Contract Agreement management.
Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor project progress and performance, regularly reviewing and adjusting plans as needed to achieve project goals.
Monthly and Weekly project status updates and reporting. Daily report as required.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Manage and resolve any project-related issues, conflicts, and disputes, identifying and implementing appropriate solutions.
Maintain effective communication channels with clients, keeping them informed of project status, milestones, and any potential challenges or changes.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing project progress, key metrics, and potential risks.

Skills/Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in Project management
OSHA certification required, or ability to certify within 30 days of employment.
Experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, with a successful track record of managing multifamily construction projects.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and industry best practices.
Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams to achieve exceptional results.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
Proficient in project management software and tools with Procore, Microsoft Projects, Blue Beam experience a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
