Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, energetic and detail-oriented Kitchen Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our food service establishment. In this role, you will oversee daily kitchen activities, maintain high standards of food safety and quality, and drive operational excellence. You will be committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences while maintaining efficiency and profitability. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate culinary professional with strong management skills to make a lasting impact in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Duties

All kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and food presentation to ensure consistency and quality.
Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.
Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper handling procedures.
Maintain safety standards and customer service expectations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in accordance with sanitation standards.
Assist with hiring processes (if needed), conduct interviews, and foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and managing fast-paced restaurant environments such as quick service or casual dining establishments.
Experience in food safety management, inventory control, and food production processes.
Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervisory or managerial experience in hospitality or restaurant management roles.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff effectively and manage team dynamics.
Experience with budgeting and food cost management to support operational success.
Experience in restaurant, catering, banquet service, hospitality and culinary certifications are a must.
