In 2003, we founded kit Carson Nursing and Rehab Center, a 199-bed certified Medicare and Medicaid facility, with the belief that we will continuously strive to grow and provide the best quality care for the residents of its community.

Our professional staff is committed to give excellent care to our patients and maintain a safe and compassionate environment. We ensure that our residents are comfortable and highly satisfied by providing a various range of service including:

· Healthcare facility Administration and consultation

· Rehabilitation services such as physical, occupational and speech therapy

· Rehabilitation consulting

· 24-hour skilled nursing care

· Activity and social programs

· Semi-private rooms

POSITION SUMMARY

Under the direction of a licensed nurse, the Certified Nurses Aide (CNA) delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction. He/she will function within the standards of practice as accorded by his/her Certification. The Certified Nurses Aide performs various resident care activities and related non-professional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of residents.

Job Description:

· Assist in providing nursing care to residents as assigned

· Provide assistance to the residents as needed in preparing for medical testing, activities programs, and visitation

· Assist in transporting residents to/from appointments, activity and social programs, etc., as necessary

· Reports and records observations of patient conditions

· Maintains confidentiality at all times

Qualifications:

· Graduate of an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant program

· Must have a current/valid C.N.A certification

· Must have a High School Diploma

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

· Must enjoy working with senior population
