- Proven Track Record: At least 2 years of direct experience in on-site multi-family property management or assistant manager operations.

What the Job Looks Like (What You'll Do)
- Drive Financial Accuracy: Update resident records daily, track rents, applications, and deposits, and execute bank drops prior to close of business each afternoon.

Command Resident Relations: Serve as a trusted liaison between management and residents, resolving account questions and ensuring top-tier community satisfaction.

Conduct High-Impact Tours: Warmly greet prospective residents, conduct professional community tours, and process lease documentation to smash property occupancy goals.

Lead Delinquency Audits: Actively oversee property collections, track incoming payments, and generate legal notices or late returned-check documentation when required.

Manage Lease Paperwork: Process, proofread, and file all applicable incoming lease packets, applications, and structural move-in/move-out profiles.

Spearhead Renewal Retention: Work hand-in-hand with the Property Manager to craft renewal offers and coordinate outreach campaigns that maximize monthly retention.

Coordinate Service Requests: Take inbound maintenance requests from residents, route them seamlessly to field techs, and follow up to verify perfect satisfaction.

Maintain Pristine Curb Appeal: Physically walk the community grounds regularly, pick up stray litter, look for safety hazards, and report active repair needs.
