FlexTrades is hiring TIG Welders with stainless steel experience to fabricate ASME tanks and vessels. The role is mostly fitting, assembly, grinding, and finishing, with TIG welding making up about 5–20% of the work. Must be able to read blueprints and follow weld specifications.

Responsibilities
- Perform TIG welding, fitting, assembly, grinding, and finishing of stainless-steel tanks, vessels, and skids.
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings.
- Fit, tack, and weld components to specifications.
- Produce high-quality welds and cosmetic finishes.
- Operate grinders and other finishing tools.
- Work safely while meeting quality and production standards.
- Assist with material handling using overhead and jib cranes as needed.
Qualifications
- TIG welding experience on 304 and/or 316 stainless steel.
- Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
- Experience welding sheet and plate materials from 12-gauge to 3/8-inch.
- Strong fitting, tacking, fabrication, and mechanical skills.
- Ability to perform grinding and cosmetic finishing.
- Comfortable working in hard-to-reach welding areas.
- Experience with pipe and tube welding is a plus.
- Experience with ASME tank, vessel, skid, or process piping fabrication preferred.
- Must be able to pass a 6G TIG stainless pipe weld test and 1G MIG stainless plate weld test.
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay: $34/hour
- Guaranteed Overtime Each Week paid at time and a half
- Access to a full suite of benefits
