Full Job Description

Burnewiin is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk, Admin Resolution and Payment Processing. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data, resolving administrative issues, and processing payments for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter data into various databases and systems accurately and in a timely manner
Review and resolve discrepancies in data entry, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Communicate with internal teams to resolve any administrative issues and provide effective solutions
Process all incoming payments, including credit card, check, and bank transfers, and ensure they are accurately recorded in our systems
Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
Assist with general office tasks as needed, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents
Identify areas for process improvement and provide suggestions to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative role preferred
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
