Full Job Description

Job Description:

Cimarron is seeking an Administrative Assistant who is detail-oriented and analytical to support the Executive Fleet program in San Antonio, TX. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to one of the most iconic aircraft in the world, ensuring safety, reliability, and advanced capabilities.

This is a full-time hybrid position based in San Antonio, TX. The selected candidate will work part-time on-site at the facility, with the remainder of hours performed remotely. Candidates must reside within 30 minutes of the facility to ensure availability for on-site requirements.

Key Duties:

Support data-driven decision-making, improve business processes, and support ongoing programs.
Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Gather, document, and validate requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and use cases.
Support the development and implementation of new systems or process changes.
Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings.
Collaborate with IT, project managers, and other departments to ensure successful solution delivery.
Support testing, training, and change management activities.
Track project progress and report on key metrics.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at this time.
Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, which will include but is not limited to testing for marijuana use.
This is a sensitive/safety-sensitive position and is subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with tools such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Bachelor's degree.

Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:

Understanding of data modeling and process mapping.
Experience in aerospace, defense, or government contracting environments.
