Internet Sales Professional

Join the Family Powersports Team!

Are you passionate about delivering great customer service and helping people find the perfect ride? Family Powersports is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Internet Sales Professional to join our growing team.

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play a critical role in creating an outstanding buying experience. You'll respond to online inquiries, build relationships with potential customers, schedule appointments, and help convert internet leads into sales.

Position Summary

The Internet Sales Professional is responsible for managing internet leads, responding to customer inquiries, and coordinating appointments that generate showroom traffic and vehicle sales. This position works closely with the sales team to ensure every customer receives prompt, professional communication and an exceptional experience from their first inquiry through purchase.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, emails, text messages, and online chat inquiries.
Build rapport with customers while identifying their needs, budget, and product interests.
Schedule and confirm appointments for customers visiting the dealership.
Follow the dealership's internet sales process and communication standards.
Maintain accurate customer information, notes, and follow-up activities within the dealership CRM.
Follow up with customers consistently through phone, email, text, and other approved communication methods.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handoffs and appointment preparation.
Stay current on inventory availability, pricing, manufacturer incentives, financing options, and promotions.
Assist customers with product information, availability, trade-in questions, and the purchasing process.
Track daily activities and meet response time, appointment, and sales goals.
Participate in dealership sales events, promotions, and marketing initiatives as needed.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience that leads to high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous customer service, sales, call center, or internet sales experience preferred.
Automotive or powersports experience is a plus but not required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent phone etiquette and professional email communication.
Comfortable communicating through phone, text, email, and CRM platforms.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented attitude.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with the sales team.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Valid driver's license preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday.
Ability to use computers, tablets, phones, and other office equipment for extended periods.
Ability to occasionally assist with moving units or helping customers in the showroom.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors as business needs require.

Schedule

Full-Time
Tuesday through Saturday
Typical hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Additional hours may be required during dealership events and seasonal promotions.
