Full Job Description

Jason Dady Restaurant Group is seeking energetic, dependable, and team-oriented Cafeteria Production Associates to join our school dining team at Antonian College Preparatory High School.

This position is responsible for preparing, cooking, assembling, and serving high-quality meals in a fast-paced cafeteria environment while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hospitality. The ideal candidate enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in quality food preparation, and is committed to creating a positive dining experience for students and faculty.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare breakfast and lunch menu items according to recipes and production standards.
Assist with food preparation including chopping, portioning, cooking, baking, and packaging.
Maintain food quality, presentation, and proper holding temperatures.
Set up and replenish serving lines throughout meal service.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, workstations, and production areas.
Assist with receiving, organizing, and rotating inventory using FIFO practices.
Work collaboratively with the culinary team to execute daily production goals.
Support special events and school functions as needed.
Perform additional duties assigned by the Cafeteria Manager or Culinary Leadership.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant, cafeteria, school foodservice, or kitchen production experience preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic with dependable attendance.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional service.

Employment Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must provide valid government-issued identification and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) preferred.

Schedule & Benefits
