Market Research Interviewer – Part-Time

Galloway Research Service (GRS) is a San Antonio, family-owned market research company with more than 50 years of experience. We are looking for dependable, personable individuals to join our team as Part-Time Market Research Interviewers.
As a Market Research Interviewer, you will conduct telephone surveys and schedule participants for market research studies. There is absolutely NO selling involved! Training is provided, so previous market research experience is not required.
This is an in-person, part-time position at our San Antonio office.
Required Availability
Applicants must be available to work at least 4 shifts per week during our operating hours:
- Monday–Friday: 3:00 PM–10:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Sunday: 2:00 PM–9:00 PM
Schedules are based on business needs and employee availability.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma/GED or higher
- Strong English communication skills
- Fluent Spanish required to qualify for bilingual pay; Spanish proficiency will be tested
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Good telephone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Ability to read survey questions accurately and follow instructions
- Ability to pass literacy/reading assessments in applicable language(s)
- Must be available to work at least 4 shifts per week. Individual shift assignments may vary based on business needs and employee availability.
- Must be able to work on-site at our San Antonio office
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
Excel experience is a plus.
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
