About Ready Connect

Ready Connect is a rapidly growing AT&T Connected Communities partner serving apartment communities and residents across multiple states. Our team works directly with property ownership groups, management companies, and AT&T to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of AT&T Fiber services within multifamily communities.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ACC Account Manager to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be the driving force behind building strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs. Your passion for sales, combined with your expertise in negotiation and business development, will help expand our market presence and foster long-term partnerships. Duties

Prospect for new and existing customers at AT&T Properties and Multi-Dwelling Units working closely with Account Managers within AT&T Connected Communities with a focus of meeting or exceeding the following guidelines. 20 property visits and 2 onsite resident events per week. (2 visits/property/month and 1 onsite event per week) Daily follow up calls/customer service and report daily results.
Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Research and analyze existing accounts for additional sales and revenue opportunities, account discounts, renewal eligibility, with a focus on Wireless and Internet services
Assists sales organization in providing post-sales support for customer orders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with AT&T Communities to create relationships with apartment (community ownership) ownership and management groups
Utilize Pipedrive or similar CRM tools to track interactions, forecast sales, and analyze account performance
Manage customer account issues and resolutions through superior customer service
Professional approach and demeanor to be able to communicate and interact with AT&T customers and AT&T Account Managers and Leadership.
Familiarity with marketing strategies that support sales initiatives
Knowledge of technical sales processes and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
Prepare action plan for monthly ACC OPS Review focusing on 3-month performance report at assigned properties
Prior experience in account management roles with a focus on building long-term partnerships
Must have positive attitude, excellent written communication skills, attention to detail, time management, excellent verbal communication skills and ability to be proactive.(Self-driven to Succeed, Great presence in person, ability to create positive relationships in person and pivot to overcome objections.)
Bi-lingual Required (Spanish/English)
