Who We Are
Fullmer Consulting is a fast-growing real estate education company built on an uncommon principle: selling with integrity or not selling at all. We train experienced real estate professionals and high-performing W2 professionals to sharpen their acquisition strategies through distressed property, probate, and complex transaction education.
Everything we do starts with content. Our brands publish every day across multiple platforms and multiple accounts, and that content is what generates the qualified interest our sales team works. We're looking for someone who can keep that machine running without anything going dark.
If you can run a studio, hold a camera, cut a clean edit, and keep a production pipeline moving without dropping a beat, this is your role.

The Role
We run a full content operation — a podcast (Dirty Deeds), daily short-form across every platform, property tours, and talking-head content — seven days a week. This role keeps that machine running and makes a lot of what goes into it.
You're two things at once: the person who coordinates the studio so every shoot is ready to roll, and a creator who can actually film and cut content that goes out the door. If you like running a tight ship and getting your hands on the work, this is your seat.
You'll work in-office alongside the Creative Director, the in-house production team, and an overseas editing team.

What You'll Do
Studio Coordination
- Keep all filming equipment maintained, charged, and organized — cameras, lighting, audio gear, mics
- Get the studio and set ready for every shoot: property tours, podcast sessions, talking-head days
- Schedule and coordinate shoot days with talent (Logan, guests)
- Own the Dropbox file structure and naming conventions end to end
- Handle vendor relationships — rentals, repairs, upgrades
- Track production costs and flag budget items
- Work directly with the overseas editing team — hand off footage, assign cuts, review returns, and keep the pipeline moving
Videography / Podcast Filming
- Multi-cam setup and operation for podcast episodes
- On-location filming for property tours and How-to Reels
- Audio setup and quality control — lav mics, boom, room treatment
- Lighting for a consistent brand look across everything we shoot
- Travel for remote B-roll and property content as needed
Content Creation
- Edit podcast episodes — full-length cuts and clips
- Cut fast-turnaround content across the daily calendar
- Produce podcast clips and short-form when in-house speed is needed
- Write captions in Logan's voice
- Build thumbnails and hold brand consistency — fonts, colors, transitions, intro/outro
- Bring ideas to shoot days, not just execute someone else's shot list

What You Bring
- Real videography chops — you can run a multi-cam setup and get clean audio and lighting without hand-holding
- Editing ability for quick-turn content (bulk editing is handled by the overseas team, but you can cut when speed matters)
- Organized to a fault — nothing gets lost, nothing shows up dead-battery
- Comfortable owning a system and keeping it clean
- Clear communicator across a team — you'll be coordinating daily with the overseas editors and can give clean, specific direction
- On-set presence — you can direct talent and keep a shoot moving

The Right Person for This Role
The failure mode here isn't a bad edit — it's a shoot that isn't ready, a file nobody can find, or content that stalls because the studio side dropped. We need someone who takes ownership of the room and the pipeline, communicates constantly, and treats "the machine runs clean" as their job. High bandwidth, low drama.
